By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users, including developers, teams, and business accounts, and cover dashboard access, API calls, and related support features.

LingCoreX.AI acts as a gateway and orchestration layer that routes requests to eligible upstream model providers.

Model capabilities, quality, latency, and availability may vary by upstream provider, model version, account policy, region, or runtime conditions.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for all activities under your account and API keys, including requests initiated by your systems or team members.

You must use the services lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations, third-party provider requirements, and these Terms.

Abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.

LingCoreX.AI operates on a Credits-based billing model. Credits are pre-purchased SaaS service usage rights. They are not currency, stored value, or financial instruments.

Credits are priced based on a combination of token consumption, plugin fees, and platform service costs.

Charges may include input tokens, output tokens, cache-related dimensions, and other service factors included in the platform pricing structure.

All Credits sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. Credits are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be assigned to or purchased by another person for value.

Your requests may be processed by external AI model providers. Their infrastructure and policies can affect outputs, latency, and temporary service behavior.

Use of provider-specific models may be subject to additional terms issued by those providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, inputs, outputs, and business workflows comply with data protection and industry regulations applicable to your organization.

You should avoid sending sensitive personal data unless your compliance and contractual requirements are fully satisfied.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services, including models, quotas, integrations, and dashboard features.

Reasonable effort will be made to provide notice for material changes when feasible.

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific model quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your usage violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform security requirements.

You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding fees accrued before termination remain payable.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
